The Senior Project Contract Manager (SrPrCM) is a key member of the project team, responsible for preparing and following up on project contracts, providing guidance and leadership on contract/claim management, and ensuring compliance with Alstom's business objectives. The position requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in contract/claim management or project management.
Requirements
- Drives the Contract Management activities
- Drives the Project Team towards proactive Contract Management
- Ensures application of the CCIM (Contracts, Claims and Insurance Management Manual) and Alstom governance
- Prepares with Core Project Team Contract and contributes to the definition of Contract/Claims Management Strategy Plan (CMSP)
- Organizes and ensures elaboration of the Contract Management Day with the Core Project Team
- Carefully analyzes the contract to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan
- Monitors Works toward contract obligations, including monitoring of project schedule toward achieving contractual milestones
- Establishes and monitor the administration of Claims strategy in accordance with contract terms and business objectives
- Identify, validate, and rank risks and opportunities
- Establish and implement project specific commercial/ claims related procedures
- Monitors/manages correspondence by analyzing incoming and outgoing correspondence to customers/partners
- Contributes to Return of Experience (REX)
- Monitors/manages insurance policy and keep its validity in collaboration with Regional Insurance Manager
