System Engineer

At Alstom, we're looking for a System Engineer to work on developing system documents, applying system engineering processes, and ensuring technical fulfillment of defined needs and enhancements. The role requires a proactive and autonomous approach to work, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in writing system-level specifications.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with 6 to 10 years of experience in writing system-level specifications
• Experience or understanding of signalling systems, such as interlocking, ATC, ATS, and CBTC systems
• Knowledge of XML and system specification development
• Familiarity with DOORS (Requirement Management and Traceability) is a plus
• A proactive and autonomous approach to work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of performance
• Experience in technical leadership and coordination
