System Engineer - Climatic Comfort (M/F)

We are seeking a System Engineer for Climatic Comfort to join our team at Alstom, a global leader in the rail industry. As a System Engineer for Climatic Comfort, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating the climatic comfort system into our trains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in systems engineering or mechanical engineering with a specialization in fluids and thermics
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, in a design office environment
• General knowledge of the rail industry and multidisciplinary expertise (electrical, mechanical, functional, safety, and reliability)
• Solid analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with complex system development processes
• Ability to work in a matrix, multisite, and international organization
• Leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and French
