The Systems Engineer for signaling systems plays a central role in ensuring the development, integration, and optimization of signaling subsystem performance within the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) division. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented systems engineer with solid experience in signaling systems, recognized for their ability to manage complex integration tasks and their commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• Develop functional, performance, cross-functional, and train-level requirements for RSC signaling subsystems.
• Ensure the integration of signaling subsystems on rolling stock, addressing mechanical, electrical, and software aspects to ensure operational coherence.
• Specify and document necessary interfaces (mechanical, electrical, and network communication) to facilitate efficient integration and communication between subsystems.
• Implement and manage change control processes for signaling subsystems, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate all engineering activities with stakeholders, ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Actively engage in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support, respond to questions, and foster collaborative working relationships.
