Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader for System Test in Stockholm to lead a team of Verification & Validation Designers, Verification & Validation Managers, and Test Yard Engineers in delivering high-quality trackside solutions. The ideal candidate will have leadership expertise and experience in Test Engineering teams, specifically related to transportation or rail systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in leading Test Engineering teams, specifically related to transportation or rail systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven skills in Stakeholder management
- Proven skills in automating test environments
- Track record in successful Team development
- English language skills are mandatory. Swedish is an advantage
