We're looking for a full-time Tooling Manager in Bursa to lead tooling and industrialization efforts in a cutting-edge field. The role involves managing tooling development and procurement, supporting production ramp-up and continuous improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in Turkish and English
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, or Plant Maintenance
- Practical experience with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA)
- Understanding of Process FMEA
