Job Description
We are looking for a Traction Design Leader to manage functionally resources, activities, and deliverables on projects in compliance with QCD commitments. The role involves applying applicable Traction Design Domain instructions, processes, and tools, and working with a team of engineers to design and develop traction systems for rail products.
Requirements
- Graduate from an Engineering School – Generalist. Electro - Mechanical
- Mechanical or Integration Engineering with minimum 5 years of exp
- Experience in project management (at least 3 years)
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills including with third parties (customer)
- Time management / Structured and organised with Hands-on approach
- Team spirit & Collaborative management, multi-tasking
- Sense of urgency / priority and commitment
- Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment, Fluent in English and national language on the site
