Train Architect Manager H/F

Alstom is seeking a full-time Train Architect Manager to lead the mechanical domain for rolling stock projects in Saint-Ouen (near Paris). The role involves defining trainset architecture, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical integration within an engineering department
• General knowledge of project management (quality, cost, delay)
• Strong knowledge of detailled train mechanical architecture
• Proficiency in Catia V5 / V6 for modeling and PDM solutions
• Knowledge of design to cost and design to manufacturability
• Ability to independently design 3D mechanical concepts
• Solid technical background in mechanically welded structures
• Time management and reporting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
