At Alstom, we're looking for a Train Performance Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring train performance meets customer and regulatory requirements while meeting project quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in railway engineering (10+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of products, projects, systems, and processes within the rail industry
- Strong skills in technical management and stakeholder communication
- Fluency in Business English
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills in complex environments
- Ability to foster collaboration and lead cross-functional teams
- Readiness to travel as needed
