Join Alstom, a leading company in the mobility sector, as a Warranty Troubleshooter. Troubleshoot Alstom products at customer sites to ensure their availability, perform fleet checks, and register failure data. Experience with technical troubleshooting, IT tools, and EHS knowledge is required.
Requirements
- Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area
- Proficient with IT tools
- Several years of technical troubleshooting/investigation experience
- Field Experience
- EHS knowledge and exposure
- Product knowledge
- Railway Safety/Product liability
- Engineering knowledge
- Experience in customer contact
- Fluent in English
