The Attorney Hiring Assistant plays a key role in shaping the firm's future by supporting attorney recruiting across law school, summer associate, and lateral hiring programs.
Requirements
- Process and track law student and lateral attorney applications in FloRecruit;
- Coordinate and communicate interview schedules;
- Manage high-volume recruiting data and maintain accurate departmental dashboards, charts, and tracking tools;
- Support on-campus recruiting activities, including resume collections, job board postings, event logistics, and marketing gifts/materials;
- Assisting coordinators with law student events, summer associate programming, and hiring-related social functions.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing Hiring Committee materials, processing departmental expenses, and routing inquiries.
- Support firmwide Attorney Hiring initiatives as needed.
- Perform additional duties and general administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Attorney Hiring and Atlanta Attorney Hiring Manager.
