Legal AI Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and consultative legal technologist and Legal AI Solutions Analyst to join our Knowledge & Innovation team. The AI Solutions Analyst provides day-to-day operational support for the firm’s growing portfolio of AI-enabled products and translates business needs into practical workflows and copilots, builds and tests solutions, and drives adoption.

Requirements

• Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and prioritize AI-driven workflow automation opportunities
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows for tasks like document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research
• Act as liaison between legal and technical teams, ensuring requirements are met and capabilities explained
• Monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows; develop reusable templates and best practices
• Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive adoption of AI tools
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and firm policies
• Stay current on legal AI tools and recommend enhancements to maintain competitive advantage
