Job Description
Alston & Bird LLP is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst to perform a variety of departmental duties, including conflicts of interest searches, research, and data verification. The role requires advanced research and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Perform conflicts of interest searches for new clients, matters, and laterals
- Conduct detailed, extensive research from multiple sources
- Process non-financial client and matter information change requests
- Maintain or update workflow, form, and notification design templates
- Perform routine quality checks of data management
- Build, maintain and deliver a professional customer service attitude
- Verify uniqueness of client information and eliminate duplicates
- Assist other departments regarding inquiries for client/matter data reports
- Make efficient use of time to handle workload
