Senior Product Manager-Growth

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Alt's growth engine, focusing on the submission funnel, search and discovery, and experimentation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, data fluency, and partnering with engineering and data teams. The role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape the future of Alt and the alternative asset space.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience with clear ownership of a growth surface, marketplace funnel, or PLG motion
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product experimentation and iteration
• Strong data fluency — Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, plus SQL or Python
• Experience partnering directly with Engineering and Data to build growth infrastructure, not just features
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
