Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Lead to build and scale an inbound growth engine at Alt21, an Alternative Banking Platform. The successful candidate will own inbound demand generation and pipeline growth, working closely with the VP Marketing and commercial teams.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth
- Experience owning performance across the full inbound funnel
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Commercial mindset: you care about pipeline quality and revenue impact
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Clear communicator who enjoys ownership and collaboration
