Industrialization Engineer responsible for transitioning cutting-edge drone and embedded systems from prototyping to scalable production. Design and streamline manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with industrialization or manufacturing process development for electronic or mechatronic products
• Strong understanding of production processes, tooling, and assembly methods
• Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams
