Job Description
ACRC is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Intensive Case Management unit in its Sacramento office. This position will provide case management, community deflection, and advocacy for persons with developmental disabilities with complex needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- One year of professional experience in social work or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities)
