The Service Coordinator provides case management and advocacy for persons with developmental disabilities. Typical duties include assisting clients and their families, serving as an advocate, consulting with vendors, and completing required forms and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Valid California driver license and automobile liability insurance
- One year of professional experience in social work or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities)
