Job Description
Join the largest equipment dealer in North America as a Forklift Field Service Technician in Sterling Heights, MI. Perform preventative maintenance on customer forklifts, diagnose and repair equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent benefits package offered.
Requirements
- Two years of previous forklift repair experience
- Previous field experience
- Strong working knowledge of electric and liquid propane units
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Possess own tools
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Computer programs - HYPASS, Hyster TKC training software and Yale/Hyster contact management system
- Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents
- Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding
