Job Description
We are looking for a Forklift Field Service Technician to join our team at our Lansing, MI branch. As a Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on customer forklifts and other material handling equipment, diagnose and repair equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Two years of previous forklift repair experience
- Previous field experience
- Strong working knowledge of electric and liquid propane units
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Possess own tools
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle
- Computer programs - HYPASS, Hyster TKC training software and Yale/Hyster contact management system
- Language Skills - Intermediate
- Mathematical Skills - Basic
- Reasoning Ability - Intermediate
