Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician for our Fort Myers, FL location. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have three years of previous heavy equipment or over the road (OTR) repair experience and possess excellent mechanical aptitude.
Requirements
- Three years of previous heavy equipment or over the road (OTR) repair experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of engine, power train, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
