Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department in Woodbridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing long-term recruiting strategies, and nurturing relationships with potential hires.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in French & English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly demeanor
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role is preferred
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-state recruiting preferred
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
