Job Description
We are hiring a Recreation Assistant to lead group and independent activities for residents and assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to plan and lead groups
- Able to multi-task and plan for individual needs
- Experience within a skilled nursing environment or working with elderly population
- Experience in Activity programming
- Experience with dementia care or Long-term care
