Job Description
URUS is seeking a Tax Director to lead and oversee global tax strategy and operations, managing a team and working closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance with tax laws and optimize tax position.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters Degree
- Advanced Credentials (CPA, JD/LLM in Taxation)
- Minimum of 12 years extensive Corporate and International Tax Experience
- Travel-approximately 10%, both domestic and international
- Ability to Lead in multi-national environments
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams that deliver results
- Strategic Thinker with Business Acumen
- Exceptional Communication and Influencing Skills
