Job Description
Provides support to assigned Business Development Managers/Account Managers, channel partners (brokers/consultants) and customers, creating customer records, updating information, and tracking account transfers and terminations. Assists with sales and sales support, coordinates renewals and billing issues, and participates in trade shows and events. Develops a personal Career Development Plan and participates in training and development activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ Years experience in sales support, customer service, and/or administrative work
- Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in web-based applications, e.g., Oracle, Act, Sales Force, and DocuSign
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse internal and external audiences
- Customer service and problem resolution experience/skills
- Track record of achieving desired results
- Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships
