WGL - Station Leader – SE Utility Operations

The Station Leader is accountable for the strategic & tactical oversight and execution of all field operations and meter service activities within the designated jurisdiction. Larger Station headcount is generally greater than 50 employees. This includes emergency response, regional business planning, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of gas within the assigned districts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 12+ Years relevant experience required
• 7+ Years leadership experience with broad exposure to gas and/or electric, energy distribution & transmission, and metering systems.
• In-depth knowledge, 10+ year, of gas utility operations, including distribution, transmission, and storage, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory commissions and government agencies.
• Experience in crisis management and emergency response.
