Administrative Assistant IV

AltaMed is a community clinic that provides exceptional care to those in need. As an Administrative Assistant IV, you will provide administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the organization, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• AA degree is highly preferred
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work is required
• Prior health care experience preferred
• Being able to speak, read, and write in English, Spanish, and Chinese is strongly preferred
