Requirements

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• Board-approved course in Dental Practice Act
• Coronal Polishing Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Background DOJ/FBI clearance
• BLS certification
• Accredited course in dental assisting (preferred)
