Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community-based/healthcare marketing management principles
- Must complete the PACE Marketing training program and attain a minimum 90% score on the State DHS Marketing Representative Examination
- Must be cross-trained in all facets of Senior Care Services marketing
- A proven track record of successful direct supervisory experience
- Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Cantonese/Mandarin
