PACE Center Supervisor

AltaMed is a community clinic that serves those in need, and they're looking for a PACE Center Supervisor to support their operations and help grow their career. The supervisor will be responsible for supporting all aspects of selected operational areas, including clinical support, participant personal care, and day center activities. They'll be accountable for achieving efficient operations and contributing to administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required
• Experience working collaboratively with various disciplines required
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred
• Valid BLS certification or higher required
