Patient Services Advocate II

AltaMed is a community clinic that provides exceptional care to its patients. The Patient Services Advocate role involves welcoming and attending to the needs of all patients, creating a positive front office patient experience, and assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
