Registered Nurse Manager, Nursing

Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for the administrative and business oversight of nursing patient care services at the assigned clinic or Patient Service Center. They manage operations and services, develop and implement quality, cost-effective, efficient, standardized patient care practices, and ensure all back-office staff are up to date on clinic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Master’s degree in health services, business administration, or management
• Current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with audits and healthcare inspections
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system
• Valid BLS certification or higher
