Job Description
Grow Healthy is looking for an RN Supervisor to oversee the 'back office' operations of the clinic, implementing quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients. The Supervisor will oversee planning, development, and evaluation of clinical care services/programs, and provide leadership to the nursing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Master's degree in health services, business administration, or management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient/inpatient setting
- Experience with audits and health care inspections
- Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system
- Valid BLS certification or higher
