Requirements

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited university
• 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in a health-related or human services field
• 2 years of experience in case management/social advocacy/care planning with the geriatric population (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish/English, Chinese/English, or another second language (strongly preferred)
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
