Energy Engineer

Altanova is a leading pluridisciplinary consulting firm focused on sustainable innovation. We are seeking energy engineers with a minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Building Systems Commissioning and Energy Modeling to help our clients achieve economic success while positively transforming their environmental and social impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science and Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in building systems commissioning and energy modeling
• Certifications such as ASHRAE's HBDP, BEMP, BEAP, BCxP, and AEE's CEA, CEM, EBCP are a plus
• Proficiency with whole-building energy modeling software such as DesignBuilder, OpenStudio, IES-VE, EnergyPlus, eQuest
• Deep understanding of building energy conservation codes, ASHRAE standards, and LEED technical credits
