We are seeking a POS Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale / retail display projects. The role involves coordinating suppliers, installers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality POS units on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds
- Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization for rollout
- Coordinate fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing (if needed), and installation partners
- Build rollout plans (store lists, delivery waves, install schedules) and track execution
- Run QC checks and ensure compliance with agreed specs and brand standards
- Control budget/margin, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations
- Maintain project documentation: BOMs, specs, drawings, POs, approvals, rollout trackers, install reports
- Strong negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel + MS Office; comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools
