Drafter

The Drafter plays a key role in supporting engineering and manufacturing operations by developing accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design Technology, or equivalent training
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for 2D drafting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams
• Understanding of machining and fabrication principles is considered an asset
