Sales Operations Analyst

ALTEN Calsoft Labs is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the M&A, GTM Operations team. The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of Sales Operations experience and expertise in utilizing multiple SalesForce instances. The role will focus on supporting one of the company's recent acquisitions and report to the Director, M&A Integration, GTM Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-8 years of Sales Operations Experience utilizing SalesForce.com
• Knowledge of company bookings and compensation policies
• Project management skills with the ability to complete time sensitive projects
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Intermediate MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances
• Strong collaboration and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships
