Job Description
ALTEN MĂ©xico is a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, a leader in engineering and information technology. We are looking for a Project Leader to lead the project team and ensure technical delivery of a project, monitor functional analysis, and control client requirements.
Requirements
- Mechatronics Engineer or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in a related technical field is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
