Field Robotics Engineer

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Field Robotics Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will execute, monitor, and troubleshoot software systems in active warehouse and industrial settings, ensuring seamless sensor deployments and high-quality execution across field operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant technical field role
• Willingness and ability to travel to field sites as required
• Proficiency with Linux, Bash, and/or Zsh environments
• Strong hands-on ability to unpack, assemble, disassemble, and transport technical equipment
• Demonstrated documentation skills — able to produce clear, thorough technical records
• Strong problem-solving skills with comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Effective communicator — able to relay technical findings to both field and remote engineering teams
