Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a key technical link between FieldAI's robotics platform, our customers, and our engineering team. You will help ensure FieldAI's robotic fleet operates reliably in customer environments while turning field observations into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical field service, robotics, hardware support, industrial automation, or a related hands-on technical role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including comfort working with tools, wiring, sensors, actuators, and robotic subsystems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and service documentation
• Proficiency with Linux command line tools, SSH-based remote troubleshooting, and basic shell scripting
• Comfortable diagnosing issues across hardware, software, networking, and system configuration layers
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
