Manager of Sales Operations & Performance - Aerospace & Defense

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations & Performance for its Aerospace & Defense team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Account Managers and Business Units to achieve annual sales ambitions in top line growth, market share, and profitability.

Requirements

• Support analysis of Alten and its competitors' performance in designated market sectors
• Propose insights based on benchmarks, historical data, and understanding of market trends
• Act as Business Partner to GAM for selected accounts
• Monitor sales momentum and pipeline health
• Contribute to streamline and improve efficiency of the end-to-end sales process and tools
