Requirements

• Engineer mechanical components and subassemblies for rotating machinery
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings
• Perform supporting analyses such as tolerance accumulation, bearing load calculations, and preload assessments
• Ensure designs comply with company requirements and applicable industry standards
• Serve as a technical contributor in design, manufacturing, and test reviews
• Execute assigned tasks in alignment with approved budgets and project schedules
• Review customer requirements and contribute to technical proposals, cost estimates, test plans, process qualification documents, bills of materials, schedules, and engineering reports
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting current products or new development efforts
• Maintain clear, timely communication with peers and leadership regarding technical progress, challenges, and potential risks
• Assist with testing and validation activities for both new and existing products
• Follow established safety practices and actively support continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental initiatives
• Support occasional domestic and international travel
