Requirements

• Engineer mechanical components and subassemblies for rotating machinery to satisfy customer specifications and targeted performance objectives
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings, and perform supporting analyses
• Ensure designs comply with company requirements and applicable industry standards
• Serve as a technical contributor in design, manufacturing, and test reviews
• Execute assigned tasks in alignment with approved budgets and project schedules
• Review customer requirements and contribute to technical proposals, cost estimates, test plans, and engineering reports
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting current products or new development efforts
• Maintain clear, timely communication with peers and leadership regarding technical progress, challenges, and potential risks
• Assist with testing and validation activities for both new and existing products
• Follow established safety practices and actively support continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental initiatives
• Support occasional domestic and international travel
• Be available for extended or off-hour work during peak project phases when required
