Power Electronics Hardware Engineer

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to support their client, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, in Newark, CA. The selected candidate will own the full V-cycle development of 12V Power Distribution Units (PDUs), from concept through production release.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on automotive power electronics hardware design experience
• ECU hardware development background in an OEM or Tier 1 automotive environment
• Proficiency in OrCAD schematic capture
• Strong working knowledge of AEC-Q101 Logic-Level N-Channel Trench MOSFETs in 12V automotive PDU design
• Experience designing and analyzing half-bridge and full-bridge switching topologies
