The Project Manager Methods & Industrialisation will lead production-related projects, optimize industrial processes, and drive continuous improvement actions. As a strategic player, you will ensure the efficiency and performance of industrial processes, and contribute to digitalization and innovation.
Requirements
- Design, optimize and modernize production processes
- Define performant assembly ranges from customer needs
- Provide technical solutions to workshop problems and facilitate exchanges between production, quality and engineering
- Drive continuous improvement actions to optimize flows, reduce cycles and master costs
- Set up and track performance indicators
- Contribute to digitalization and the introduction of new assembly technologies
- Ensure the reliability and updating of technical data
- Participate in cross-functional projects with strong innovation dimensions
- Lead production-related projects, from need analysis to implementation
- Set up and track performance KPIs (quality, deadlines, costs, technical efficiency)
- Ensure the management of steering committees with clients and internal technical directions
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, industrialization, production, quality, supply chain)
- Foster team skills development and the transmission of technical knowledge
- Accompany consultants on their missions and monitor their evolution
