We are looking for a Senior Cross-Project Manager / Change Manager to lead complex projects and accompany change in a dynamic company culture.
Requirements
- Project Management: Frame, plan, and pilot the different phases of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Business, Management).
- Change Management Strategy: Design and deploy plans to accompany change (impact analysis, communication plan, training plan, resistance management).
- Governance & Animation: Chair steering committees (Copil) and technical committees (Cotech), monitor budgets, schedules, and secure deliverables.
- Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and pilot project risks as well as change blockers to propose corrective action plans.
- Product Owner / Agile Posture: Depending on the context, carry the product vision, maximize business value, and bridge the gap between business and IT.
