Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (Engineering school, Business school, University or equivalent...)
• 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Good knowledge of agile environments and its pillars, values, and artifacts
• Strong proposals on innovation methods (Design thinking, Lean startup...)
• Knowledge of the development world and craftsmanship culture (TDD, DDD, SOLID, DevOps...)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Natural leadership, strong proposal skills
• Fluent English
