You will join our IT department as part of a team dedicated to digital products. Your mission will be to ensure the operational maintenance of the solutions assigned to you, while ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ensure the operational maintenance of digital products, with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Follow and manage the activity:
- Share key indicators.
- Implement preventive and corrective action plans.
- Manage requests for evolution and service, while respecting SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with IT team members (Product Owner, developers, Application Managers).
- Propose and implement solutions to improve the quality of service provided to users.
- Deploy new versions and security projects for the SI, with availability and performance stakes.
- Master the setup and workflows of the solutions to be maintained, as well as their production plan.
- Be in close proximity to business colleagues to understand and respond to their needs.
