Job Description
Scrum Master role to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, adoption of Agile practices, and removal of impediments, while acting as an internal coach and monitoring team performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certified
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning
- Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices (Automated Testing, CI/CD, TDD)
- Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills
- Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
